Devin Graham

Title: Head of Hiring Equity for Cloud, Canada, and Latin America, Google

Devin Graham is the Head of Hiring Equity for Cloud, Canada, and Latin America at Google. Her team is responsible for building inclusive and equitable hiring systems, processes and capabilities across hiring stakeholders and participants. 

Devin has held a variety of roles across Google Recruiting, hiring for profiles across both Cloud Customers and Technical Infrastructure, including Executive Recruitment. Prior to joining Google, she was a Vice President in Campus Recruiting at J.P. Morgan, responsible for undergrad and MBA recruiting for the Wealth Management Business. Devin works out of the New York City office, is a proud Ohioan, and is a co-lead for the Black Googler Network NYC Chapter. Outside of work, Devin is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is on the board of the Buckeye Leadership Fellows.

In addition to her work, Devin loves to travel, cook, spend time with family and friends, and listen to music & podcasts. Devin also has her WSET Level 2 Award in Wines.
